Bill Winterer, former Owner and Innkeeper of The Griswold Inn for 26 years and a long-time resident of Essex, gathered many friends and admirers over the years due to his extremely gregarious nature. A large number of guests is expected at this gathering. We appreciate your understanding of this unusual circumstance and hope we will be serving you soon.

In our Wine Bar, Chef Mitchel lets his imagination take charge with an innovative tapas menu, inspired macro plates and artisanal cheeses. Of course, our award-wining bottle list and full-service bar are also available.
